The Outstanding Export Award – Recognition for companies that have developed and implemented a new export strategy and successfully traded goods and/or services in the last three years.
The Innovative Operating Practices Award – Rewarding companies that have successfully designed and delivered new operating practices related to production and business management.
The People Management Award (formally the Innovative People Management Award) – For businesses that have improved performance and culture through people management.
Outstanding Achievement by a First Year Apprentice – Awarded to the Apprentice who has done the most to seize the training and development opportunities presented to them during their Apprenticeship programme.
Outstanding Achievement by a Final Year Apprentice – Awarded to the Apprentice who has done the most to seize the training and development opportunities presented to them during their apprenticeship. Also who has made a significant contribution to support the business activities of their employer?
Outstanding Achievement by a Young Engineering Student – Awarded to the student who has benefited the most from completing their Engineering Young Apprenticeship programme
