Energy Challenge Clubs
In association with the University of Birmingham, the project’s main objective was to create workshops connecting energy businesses with the knowledge base and set the direction for energy research in the region.
Opportunities for businesses to engage with the knowledge base are critical both for identifying where new technologies can be applied in practice and for helping to set the research agenda in the future.
Energy Challenges Clubs are workshops which took place, based around two key areas of research expertise: smart energy systems and bio-energy in transport.
